Rob Goodall

CEO & Founder

In 1994, Rob founded Atrium’s parent company Canadian Mortgage Capital Corporation (CMCC), with the vision of addressing financing gaps in Canada by providing alternative capital solutions to the real estate market. Since then, he has built Atrium and CMCC into one of the leading providers of debt, serving developers, owners, and managers of real estate across the country.

Prior to founding Atrium and CMCC, Rob spent seven years with Royal Trust, serving the final three of those years as the National Managing Director of the Real Estate Finance Group, with a portfolio of $1.4 billion in commercial and multi-residential real estate loans.

He is a trustee of two publicly held REITs and a former director of a registered charity. Rob has an HBA from the Ivey Business School, and an MBA from the Schulich School of Business.

Rob is licensed under the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario as the Primary Broker of Canadian Mortgage Capital Corporation (license #10284).
