Richard Coleman joined Atrium in March 2025 and is the Director of Sales, residential mortgages. In his role, Richard is responsible for supporting the strategic growth of our Residential Division, contributing to its continued expansion and success.

Richard brings close to three decades of sales and lending experience in the Mortgage Broker Channel. In his previous role he was instrumental in the successful launch and growth for a Large Private Lender in Ontario.

Richard was recently appointed to FSRA Technical Advisory Committee, is a Facilitator with CMBA Ontario where he teaches the Private Mortgage Course, and the Mortgage Agent Course.

He is licensed under the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario as a Broker.
