Razvan Vulcu, CPA, joined Atrium in January 2021 as a Controller. In June 2023, he was promoted to Vice President of Finance. In this role, he is responsible for all aspects of the financial reporting, tax and treasury functions of Atrium.

Prior to joining Atrium, Razvan worked at PwC Canada for over 4 years, developed strong experience in financial reporting under complex accounting standards and internal controls designed to mitigate risk as well as audit and due diligence.

Razvan holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Queens University and is a qualified CPA.
