Phil Fiuza joined Atrium in 2013 and is the Managing Director of Single-Family Mortgages, across Canada. In this role, Phil concentrates on the acquisition of non-prime residential mortgages in the Private and Mortgage Investment Corporation space.

In his over 30 years’ experience in the Canadian mortgage industry, Phil has developed well-established links to mortgage brokerages and agents throughout the country. His experience also includes 15 years in various leadership positions sourcing mortgages in the non-prime residential mortgage market.

Phil is licensed under the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario as a Level 2 Mortgage Agent.
