Nikolay Leemhuis joined Atrium in 2026 as a Credit Risk Analyst. In his role, he supports the responsibilities of the Senior Vice President of Credit Risk Management, and assesses credit risk across the firm’s mortgage portfolio, supporting the evaluation and structuring of lending opportunities.

In his previous role at COL Capital Partners, he developed strong technical and analytical skills through monitoring the full deal lifecycle, developing detailed financial models, conducting underwriting analysis, and supporting transaction structuring across a range of commercial real estate investments.

Specializing in Mathematics and Economics, Nikolay holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of British Columbia.
