Nancy Lockhart is a director of George Weston Limited and a trustee of Choice Properties Real Estate Investment Trust. She served as a director on Loblaw Companies Limited from 2005 to 2019, was Chair of Gluskin Sheff and Associates from 2013 – 2019 and was a board member of Barrick Gold Corporation from 2014 to 2018.

In addition to her public board memberships, she is Chair of Alignvest Student Housing, a lay bencher of the Law Society of Ontario and a director of the Royal Conservatory of Music. She is the Chair Emeritus of Crow’s Theatre Company, a former Chair of The Ontario Science Centre, a former President of The Canadian Club of Toronto and a former Chair of the Canadian Film Centre.

Ms. Lockhart is the former Chief Administrative Officer of the Frum Development Group and a former Vice President of Shoppers Drug Mart Corporation. She was awarded the Order of Ontario in 2006.
