Matthew Scott joined Atrium in 2021 and is an AVP of Commercial Mortgage Investments. As part of the origination team, Matt specializes in sourcing Ontario mortgage loan opportunities in development/construction projects and income-producing properties.

Before joining Atrium, Matt worked for 3 years in acquisition/disposition analysis and asset management on a variety of commercial assets throughout Ontario. Prior to that, Matt worked in appraisal and property valuation for a diversified portfolio of commercial properties throughout the GTA.

Matt holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate & Housing from the University of Guelph.

Matt is licensed under the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario as a Level 2 Mortgage Agent.
