Matthew Guglietti joined Atrium in December 2025 on the commercial mortgage underwriting team. In his role, Matthew supports the origination team by evaluating mortgage investment opportunities, managing client relationships, and preparing underwriting and analysis that help inform lending and investment decisions.

Matthew graduated from Queen’s University with a Bachelor of Commerce and a Graduate Diploma in Accounting. He brings two years of accounting experience in assurance at Ernst & Young, where he developed strong technical and analytical skills that will serve him well in his new role.
