Irkas Qatipi joined Atrium in June 2022 as part of the underwriting team. In his current role as AVP of Commercial Mortgage Investments, Irkas is responsible for supporting senior management in the evaluation of mortgage financing opportunities and assisting in the preparation of financial analysis and investment presentations for consideration by the Board of Directors.

Previously, Irkas worked with major asset managers such as 1832 Asset Management LP and Fiera Capital Corporation in various analyst roles, and has over 8 years of private equity, debt due diligence and valuation experience.

Irkas holds an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Wilfrid Laurier University.

Irkas is licensed under the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario as a Level 2 Mortgage Agent.
