Greg Martin joined Atrium in August 2024 as the Senior Vice President of Credit Risk Management. In his role, Greg supports the commercial and residential mortgage teams with underwriting, structuring and administrating mortgages, as well as leading the quarterly preparation of portfolio analytics for the board of directors.

Greg brings over a decade of commercial real estate experience, specializing in commercial mortgage underwriting. He previously served as Vice-President, Underwriting at a national alternative asset manager that specialized in commercial real estate lending.

Greg is licensed under the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario as a Level 2 Mortgage Agent.
