Eric Kerbel joined Atrium in November 2025. As part of the commercial mortgage investments team, Eric is involved in sourcing and evaluating commercial mortgage opportunities secured by income-producing properties and development/construction projects, as well as the ongoing management of the commercial mortgage portfolio and client relationships.

Eric brings multiple years of experience in the commercial real estate industry with EY-Parthenon, where he developed a strong foundation in sell-side CRE transaction services, real estate modelling, valuation expertise, and construction/development advisory across all major asset classes.

Eric holds an HBA from the Ivey Business School at Western University.
