Eric Kerbel joined Atrium in December 2025 on the commercial mortgage underwriting team. In his role, Eric supports the origination team, evaluates mortgage investment opportunities, manages client relationships, and prepares underwriting and analysis that help inform lending and investment decisions.

Eric brings two years of experience in the commercial real estate industry with EY-Parthenon, where he developed a strong foundation in sell-side CRE transaction services, as well as real estate modeling, valuation, and development advisory across all major asset classes. Eric holds an HBA from the Ivey Business School at Western University.
